• Spring schedules and workloads - we are working diligently to try and place faculty in schedules and in LeoNet. As many of you know, what we have in LeoNet is subject to change by the end of the semester/beginning of next depending on failures in the current semester. At this point, most of you should have something in Leonet to give you an idea of courses for next semester. As always, thanks in advance for your patience and understanding with scheduling challenges!
• Examsoft - in the process of finalizing contracts with the various areas in the University that are required for implementation (contracts, information technology, etc.). The final sign-off has to be done by President Crain and will go to him as soon as completed with all other committees. We are hoping to provide an update after the holiday break.
• Precheck - communication is being sent to the incoming 1st semester students this week with instructions to create their accounts and begin the uploading documentation process. Full roll-out to all students by Fall 2023.

• Final Grades - For graduating students (Undergraduate and Graduate) - due Thursday, December 8th by 9am. All other students - final grades are due Monday, December 12th by 9am
• Pinning Ceremony - held in the Student Union Ballroom on Thursday, December 8th at 6pm
• Faculty Meeting/Christmas Luncheon/Celebration - Friday, December 9th at 9am at the Baton Rouge Center. We will come together to meet, eat, and celebrate! 
  • Secret Pal - Final gifts and reveal for your secret pal will be at the December 9th celebration! You only have to bring a gift at that time if you would like to - the big thing during the celebration is to find out who has been sending your "happys" throughout the semester.
• Hooding Ceremony - (University-wide Graduate Students) - held in the Student Union Ballroom on Friday, December 9th at 6pm
• Commencement  - Saturday, December 10th at 3pm in the University Center
